BOOK A SESSION

• To book a session please choose the type of session, date and time below on the calendar. Once the session is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please email us for any specific needs for your session. (wxterhousestudio@gmail.com)

• All sessions require a 50% deposit of the total session cost payable via PayPal or Stripe. The remainder of the session cost is payable at the start of the studio session.

• Mixing is included in sessions as long the artist and engineer agree that there is sufficient time to mix within the remaining time after recording. Mixing outside the session begins at $50/mix. Mixing outside of the session will be completed and sent back to the artist within 48 hours for approval.

Important booking policy information:

• Deposits are non refundable for cancellations made within 4 hours of booking and no call no shows. Repeat no call no shows and or cancellations may result in loss of booking access.

• Deposits are refundable for sessions canceled prior to 4 hours of start time

• Artist will be allowed 30 minutes after scheduled start time until to arrive for their session, after 30 minutes the session will be canceled and the deposit is forfeited. .
